37° 48` S: artists navigate MELBOURNE is an exciting and provocative visual art project exploring the cultural diversity of contemporary Australia as exemplified by life in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Street-art practices and traditional printmaking techniques are on an equal footing as twelve diverse, exceptional Melbourne artist/printmakers consider the cultural, natural and built environments of their city.

Our Australian Government`s International Cultural Council, in the interests of advancing Australia and Australians internationally, have listed Brazil as one of their focus countries for 2014. This is a great opportunity for us to gain support to exhibit in your esteemed print gallery Gravura Brasileira in Sao Paulo. 

The twelve project artists are: Angela Cavalieri, Bindi Cole, Carmel Wallace, Cat Poljski, Debra Luccio, Eolo Paul Bottaro, Regan Tamanui aka HA! HA!, Heather Shimmen, Judy Holding, Marco Luccio, Rona Green, Rone. They will be creating new work specifically for this exhibition.
